The durability of auto air conditioning compressors is directly impacted by the quality of the cylinder front housing, a crucial component in the compressor assembly. The cylinder front housing serves as the main enclosure that houses the internal moving parts, and its integrity is vital for the efficient and long-term operation of the entire compressor system.
The quality of the material used in the cylinder front housing is one of the most significant factors influencing the durability of the compressor. High-quality aluminum alloys are preferred due to their excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight properties, and ability to withstand the heat generated during compressor operation.
