Sanding
The surface of some special products may not be smooth enough and need to be sanded once before painting. Utilizing workstation sanding to improve efficiency instead of manual labor.
Deburring
After the completion of aluminum die-casting workpiece production, burrs will be left. A robot is used to clamp the workpiece and remove the burrs on the sand belt, replacing manual labor.
Polishing
For workpieces with higher requirements, we can replace finer grinding wheels or wheels of different materials for finer processes.
